Male worgen are weirdly short because of the hunch, which also ruins a lot of chest gear textures and overall just looks goofy. Fun fact: In A-Pose the male worgen model is perfectly upright, the hunch is animated in.

Worgen [หwษษนgษn] are large, lupine humanoids that walk upright, but hunt and howl as wolves, and lope on all fours to run. They primarily inhabit forests and are natural hunters. Being bitten by or drinking the blood of a worgen transmits the worgen curse and causes humans and night elves to be transformed into one.

Inspiration []. The worgen bear a strong resemblance to the "Myrkridia" from Bungie's Myth II: Soulblighter (a contemporary of Warcraft I and II), especially the idea of them being from another dimension. Beside that, the worgen obviously resemble a werewolf as it is known in popular fiction, particularly the part where they managed to get the curse under control and only changed when the moon.

The only somewhat unrealistically or stereotypically sexy female bodytypes are Dreanei, Trolls and all the Elves. What's still missing in WoW is a "normal" or slender looking male bodytype. I.e., not a walking fridge, but also not fat or short or dead.

Blizzard's art policy with female Worgen has been to make them as nice and Disney looking as possible. The rework gave them two meaner looking faces, but that's two out of something like a dozen doe-eyed faces. It's frustrating, I like how badass male Worgen faces look but I hate how they look in gear.

Apparently worgen females weren't playable at the con, so there is no in-game model of a female worgen yet, plus one of the worgen in the trailer looked identical body-wise to the druid worgen. However, if the concept art is anything to go by based on Male concept to male-male in-game design, then the worgen females will be more slender and.

the female worgen are drastically better, but there's one thing i just can't get over. their above average thick necks. the ratio of neck to head is just, no thank you. otherwise, i love them moving away from the old style of models. all of them are amazing and well-done especially the males. <3.
